Reservation, appointment & visit Policies
As much as we are incredibly happy and excited to reopen the safety and health of our clients and employees remains our highest priority.
In an effort to reduce unnecessary contact guests will now be required to make their reservation either online or by phone for all of our services. At present walk-ins will not be accepted.
Guests are required to confirm that they are in good health before they are able to make a reservation. They will also be asked to confirm the state of their health upon arrival.
All applicable Information/Health Forms will now be sent electronically.
Upon arrival guests will be greeted by an Atlantis Spa stuff member who will assess their health.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests exhibiting symptoms of any kind.
Once guests have completed the screening process, they will be instructed to carefully and thoroughly wash their hands before entering the spa. A mask will also be provided for guests to wear for the duration of their spa visit/treatment.
We kindly ask that guests arrive no sooner than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Site occupancy has been reduced to allow guests to maintain physical distancing.
Reservation schedules have been adjusted to better control the flow of guests checking in at any given moment.
Seating in waiting areas will be assigned to our guests when necessary.
Payments in cash are no longer accepted; guests will be asked to pay by credit or debit.
All guests have been scheduled appropriately to allow time for new cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
New procedures and products have been implemented to ensure a more intense sanitization of our environment.
We have increased the frequency with which our general spaces are cleaned.
As always we continue to follow and adhere to the rigorous guidelines and measures set forth by Ottawa Public Health. This applies both to our cleaning and disinfection protocols and the approved products we utilize.
We have taken the following measures to reduce the risk level to our staff and clients:
We ask that any client cancel their appointments if:
- they are experiencing any symptoms of illness such as a fever, tightness in the chest, cough, etc.;
- if they have recently traveled outside of Canada;
- if they have recently been in contact with someone who has traveled or is exhibiting symptoms of illness.
- We ask that our clients thoroughly wash their hands or use our hand sanitizer before and after their treatment.
- We have limited client appointments in the spa to one therapist/esthetician and one client at all times, or a couple when they request a couple’s service in order to reduce contact, allow for proper and effective disinfecting, and decrease overall exposure.

As always, our clinic is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in its entirety throughout the day.
All treatment rooms and equipment are also cleaned and disinfected before and after every use.
Our therapists continue to perform proper hand cleaning before and after every assessment/treatment.
We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust as necessary as it develops.
